Auction Bros – Terms of Service
Effective as of May 21, 2025
Welcome to Auction Bros – El Paso’s auction house where our motto is simple: “Why pay more when you can bid less?”
By registering, bidding, or participating in any Auction Bros auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration
To start bidding, create a free Auction Bros account and get your bidder number. Must be 18+ to register. No membership fees ever. While you don't need a credit card to sign up, you must add a valid, verified payment method before bidding. False or misleading information will result in account suspension.
2. Auction Format
All auctions are held online only at 10893 Dyer St., El Paso, TX. Items are auctioned as individual lots, closing approximately every 10 seconds. Bidding is extended 30 seconds when a bid is placed in the last 30 seconds (“soft close”). This creates a real-time auction experience.
3. Bidding Rules
Bidding starts at $5–$10, increasing in $2 - $5 increments. You can enter a “max bid” and let the system auto-bid for you. All bids are binding—no cancellations or reductions once placed. Review carefully before submitting.
4. Bidding increments are $2.00 - $5.00 depending on item retail price.
5. Winning a Lot
If you’re the highest bidder when a lot closes, you win. All items are sold **as-is**, with no guarantees, warranties, or refunds unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. Buyer’s Premium & Lot Fee
Each auction includes a **10% buyer's premium** + **$1 per lot handling fee** unless otherwise noted. These small fees help us cover operations, keep the website running, and support job creation in our local community—because at Auction Bros, we believe in keeping costs low and opportunity high!
7. Invoices & Payment
Invoices are auto-emailed after each auction. Your payment method will be charged automatically. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AmEx. No PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, checks, or cash. Failure to pay within 5 business days = account suspension.
8. Pick-Up Policy

9. Delivery
We’ve got you covered! We offer 100% delivery service at $0.62 per mile from our auction house. It’s affordable, supports local jobs, and keeps things convenient. Why pay more when you can bid less—and get it delivered?
10. Taxes
All applicable sales (8.25%) will be charged unless you have a valid resale certificate on file.
11. Condition of Items
All items are inspected and tested before listing unless otherwise stated. Most are overstock, shelf pulls, or customer returns. Items are sold **as-is** unless noted. We do NOT sell expired infant formula. Best-by dates may apply on food items.
12. Photos
Photos show the actual item unless marked "stock photo." Stock photos are for reference only. Review ALL images and descriptions carefully.
13. Return Policy
Returns accepted **only** for items that are **significantly not as described** (e.g., wrong item entirely). Claims must be made within the day of delivery before midnight , **before** After that, all sales are final.

15. Suspension & Reinstatement
Failure to follow rules may result in account suspension. A reinstatement fee up to $100 may apply. Repeated violations = permanent ban.
16. Missing Items
We work hard to ensure order accuracy. Verify all items before midnight the day of delivery. Contact us ASAP if anything is missing—we’ll do our best to help but can’t guarantee replacements or refunds after items have been delivered.
17. Rights to Cancel
Auction Bros reserves the right to cancel or pull any lot for any reason at any time before closing.
18. Privacy & Security
We protect your privacy and data with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and never store credit card info on our servers. See our Privacy Policy online for full details.
19. Limitation of Liability
Auction Bros is not liable for any damages, injuries, or lost profits resulting from your use of our platform or any items sold through it. Our liability is limited to the purchase price, capped at $100.
20. Disputes & Chargebacks
No chargebacks allowed under any circumstances. You agree to resolve disputes with Auction Bros directly. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and legal follow-up.
21. Errors & Descriptions
We do our best, but errors happen. Descriptions, images, and conditions are not guaranteed. Always review carefully and ask questions before bidding.
22. Final Note
By placing a bid, you agree to all terms above. Bid smart, bid responsibly—and remember, at Auction Bros, “Why pay more when you can bid less?”

Auction Bros proudly operates only through delivery on all items for just $0.62 per mile, calculated from our warehouse at 10893 Dyer St, El Paso, TX. Take advantage of convenience at its finest—no need to worry about transportation. Let us bring the deals straight to your doorstep. Buy It Now Option
Auction Bros offers a convenient Buy It Now option for select items. To purchase an item immediately, simply send a text message to our direct hotline at 915-478-4264 with the following information:
- Lot number of the item
- Name of the auction
- A clear statement: “I want to buy it now”
Once your request is received and confirmed, Auction Bros will promptly remove the item from the auction, regardless of the current bid amount.
